Is it possible to use saber mods for your player only?

Hi. just wondering if it is possible to use saber mods for only your character in multiplay, rather than it applying to everyone. Also, how do you put mods in the mods list in the menu? I have downloaded many but they never appear there.

One more thing - when you type 'taunt' at the console, it brings down a list with things like tauntPraise, tauntGauntlet, etc - are these extra taunts?
