Saber skinning tutorial? WHere?

I've looked through the threads & files, etc. and cannot seem to find one. Massassi has some saber skinning tutorials, but they are all for Jedi Knight *1*, not JK2: Outcast.

 

If anyone can point me to a comprehensive Saber Skinning tutorial I would be grateful!

at least im not the only 1 hoping for a tutorial. i too want a tutorial(or the abreviation) tut. i already have an idea of a saber to make.:frea:wstupid:kout: c3=)

Eh, we talking skinning the handle? The blade is easy...

 

1.extract assets0/graphics/efx(or something like that)/sabers

2.edit the files however you like (make sure to save with 0 compression or they will crash the game on startup)

3.rezip in a pk3 file with the same directories as in the asset pack.

 

notes: The saber gets stretched from a rather small image, so build it accordingly.

thank u. by the way i know hes a droid, even r2d2 is. but r2d2 doesnt look at the odds
