How can I write my name with color in MP

How can I write my name with color in MP, someone said me like type"/name ^1xxxx" (x=name) but when I try to enter this to console the console closes because of the symbol that in frint of the command, if you know how to write the name with color pls tell me, thx

I don't know about using the console. I entered mine in the User interface.

When you enter your name put a ^ that's a shift 6 not 'Ctrl'

followed by a number like ^1

Note: You won't be able to see the ^1 but type it anyway and then your name.

1 is red I know but I don't know what other numbers are.

go into setup and change your name there basically when u r there press "shift and 6" (ie ^ key) then type in a number from 1-8 then type your name and you will see it is in colour.

 

e.g ^1Jazz = Jazz

or ^1J^4a^1z^4z = Jazz

 

The colour codes are:

 

1 - Red

2 - Green

3 - Yellow

4 - Dark blue

5 - Light blue

6 - Purple

7 - White

8 - Black

Thanks Jazz. Now I have a color list. I was trying numbers blind before.
