Custom Taunts!!!

Hey guys, i was wondering, is there a possible way to make custom taunts? for example, i want my character to say, "You Will Die" for example

Hey what program do you use to make a custom taunt, i read all the posts and it talks about this directory and that directory, i cant find them lol.

I wonder if it would be possible to change the animations. It would be damn cool to have your guy cross his arms and laugh.
