how do you use force speed when i pree f3 the room seem to get longer and i am no faster

i guess that's just illusionairy. But believe me, it works:)

try it with a few enemies around and you'll notice that they move slower than normal, while you're still moving at "regular" speed.

You move at a normal rate - everything else moves slower.

Don't think of Force speed so much as actual speed, instead think of it as bullet time. You move normal speed, everything else is slow as hell. Think Matrix.
