My Xp firewall solution

As of yesterday at 7:45 I was still unable to refresh my server list after the 1.03 patch. I had checked everything I could think of, until I remeber that XP has a services tab next to the startup tab. I looked through it and sure enough I found two firewalls that I had long ago disabled in the startup bar but were still running in the services tab, one being the XP firewall. I'm not sure which one was causing the problem, and I don't know why that once the game had been patched its ports would differ in any way from their original numbers, but it solved the issue on my computer, so if anyone still cannot refresh the list and is using XP I suggest checking out your services tab.
