I'm running XP, and when I go into the game, it defaults to 60Hz I can fix it with r_displayrefresh 85, vid_restart. But I was wondering if there was any perminant fix? ToKe Posted May 9, 2002 Share Posted May 9, 2002 open both single player and multi-player config files found in the base folder. add the line : seta r_displayrefresh "xxx" it will use that refresh rate each time you open the game. i suggest max_fps @ 120 and r_displayrefresh @ 120 for fluid gameplay, if your monitor can handle it.
