editing bot AI ???

Does anyone know how to edit BOT AI , specifically... can i dissallow lightsabres to certain bots that shouldnt have them such as Rebel , YeeVees , and other turkeys like that.

Also is it possible to dissallow force powers to bots like those???

Uhm...I'm not sure, but setting force level to zero might do it. As far as the lightsaber thingie goes, I have no idea. I'll look in to it, meanwhile, check out the bot files in the assets files, they contain tons of notes...

I don't KNOW (JK2 is my first game which use Q3

(or any quake) engine) and I got JK2 only couple

days ago... (so i am not professional...)

 

But quick check..

GameData\base\assets0.pk3\botfiles\...

 

example: Desann.jkb

 

forceinfo 7-2-033210232000021323

 

7 = Master (1=beginner)

2 = dark side

 

and those other numbers are levels of different force powers

(heal.lev.speed.push.pull.tele........)

 

So if you change that to this:

 

1-2-000000000000000000

 

Then Desann shouldn't have any force powers... :)

And weapons... (same file)

 

if you want that he doesn't use saber then i believe

that saberspecialist shouldn't be 1 but 0

 

and on BotWeaponWeights that saber should have

low weight (0 i quess)
