2 Newbie questions

Alright I recently joined a server, where force powers was ON but you could only use "neutral" force powers, all except the RED forces Drain, Grip, Lightning and Dark rage.

How do I set that up in my own server?? I'd love to avoid those lightning-fags it just ruins the saberfights in my opinion..

 

 

To my next question:

How do I use voice taunts?? I saw some guy "laughing" while pointing with his hand or something like that.

What taunts can I use? How?

as for the lightning thing..I'm not sure about that

 

but the taunts...each character has one taunt that it will let you use.

 

you get into your console shift+~

type in bind m +taunt

 

you can substitute the m for any key you want and then hit ~ to get out of console and press whatever key use binded

Now, can anybody help me with the server setup thing? That I want to enable forces EXCEPT the red dark forces like grip?
