Miss_Stalker
Does anyone know how to make a .bat file so you would not have to make a pk3 file everytime you test a lvl?
DarkLord79at
It should be no problem if you got the PKWare command line tools for zipping files; but wouldn't it be easier to put your map, characters, scripts, whatever, in the appropriate JK II folder? JK II accepts .pk3's AND content in the game folders. In your JK II installation directory (standard should be something like C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast) there should be a folder "GameData". Within this folder you'll find a folder called "base" - this is the most important folder for game objects. Just create a folder "maps" (without quotes) and put your .map-file there - as soon as you compile it with Radiant you'll get a .bsp -file in that folder - which in turn can be opened in JK II. Scripts would go to "scripts" and so on - there should be documents around explaining the JK II directory structure. Good luck!
