jmcdavel Posted May 12, 2002 Share Posted May 12, 2002 The thing that irks me about push/pull is that if your opponent is not level with you it still acts like you are level with him if you push/pull, so you can't go under a person and propel him upwards or pull someone up to you. Nill the Mean Posted May 12, 2002 Share Posted May 12, 2002 I think I can say that I have perfected pull to some extent. I use it more often than push. It is great for making sure people don't run away from you. It also works really good as a last ditch against grippers, you can always score the frag by pulling him with you. Against guns it has to be the best counter in the game, the only drawback being that you have to get close close enough to pull him once or twice. You don't need to be extremely close to him to do it. I have done this millions of times already. On a few occasions I have literally pulled away my opponents entire inventory forcing him to use bryar/saber. It is a darn lot easier than having to go look for guns, just steal them!
