(the bottomless pit city with all the green snipers There is nowhere to go !!! help... There is another platform and I just said something about garbage dumps going to Reelo's. I don't know why I can't figure this out

If so then do this: Force pull the other yellow platform to you and jump on to it. Then jump onto the garbage container. Then force push the light switch to make the cart to move.
