Turning off surfaces in SP.

Sorry if this subject has been addressed in any other topics, but I wasn't able to find any covering it.

 

Does anyone know how to turn model surfaces off in SP? I've been able to turn them off in MP using the directions described in the above sticky thread, but the surf files seem to be ignored in SP.
