Guest Orbvs_Terrarvm
Jedi Knight was an incredible game because it had so many features not seen in many other games, if any. However since then Lucas Arts has released some pretty generic and bland Star Wars games. I am worried that a new graphics engine with simulated physics won't be enough to make Obiwan as great as Jedi Knight since the game will focus on Episode 1. After all, I've seen the movie several times already, I've already blasted a bijillion Battle Droids in TPM on the PC, and I own the video. Do I really need to go through it again? I wish Lucas Arts choose to go with an original story line to at least keep the plot feeling 'spontaneous'. After feeling the burn of going out and blindly buying Xwing vs Tie Fighter, Rebellion, and Force Commander, I am defenalty waiting for the reviews to come in on this game. I may have to just wait for Half-Life 2 for a good 1st person game.
Guest Darth_Simpson
I think Obi-Wan will be a great game, but I would like to see some more original storylines. ------------------ Hunger leads to donuts...
Guest Neumi
Don't forget: Developers o outlaws and Mysteries of the Sith are developing this game. I think it will rock. Sure, allways the same TPM storyline is not the best Idea, LEC ever had. But remember: You were not supposed to buy every TPM game. LEC wanted a TPM game for every genre, so that's what wi will get now: a FPS TPM game. We allready had most of the other genres. But looking at the screenshots I think there will be more in this game than in any other. All this exterior levels will be cool. The new engine LEC has gives the opporunity to create very big levels, because it doesn't use sectors as other engines do. When they build a level, they don't create sectors, but walls and floors. Doing that thy can create very big levels in a forest or so.
Guest Orbvs_Terrarvm
Well that's a new perspective on the game. I really want this game to rock. Believe me! One other thing I think would be awesome would be to have a massive teamplay multiplayer maps. On the light side have a couple of Jedis, troops, maybe someone playing a droid to control shields and access doors then on the dark side have a couple of Sith, battle droids, destroyer droids, ect each with their own special abilities. After playing CS non-stop for the past 6 months I think somehting like that for the Star Wars universe would be awesome!!!! -------------------------------------------- "M+T=E you can't E without M & T. Guest Adi_Gallia
<font face="Calligraph421 BT"><font color="lightblue"> I hope this game rocks too. I have to admit, continually going through TPM universe is annoying. But it seems every new game that comes out for Episode One gets better and better. I personally would like some of the books to become games. It's highly unlikely that Lucas will create another triology that continues off of the original one. Though it's possible, it isn't too likely. They could turn some of those really good books into some of the best games ever. Maybe they can start off with a few of the books combined in one game. Then they can add patches for the other books. It would be like living the whole Star Wars adventure. You could switch characters or pic one you could play with. It would be a good idea for multiplayer. Well that's just my idea. There's probably no doubt that Lucas has something like that up his sleeve. ------------------ Jedi Master Adi Gallia ~He doesn't like you.~ ~Sorry.~ ~I don't like you either!~
