Compiling in Win XP

When I tell the program to compile my map the dos window comes up then disappears but creates no .bsp files, how do you make it work.

 

I tryed using GtkRadiant 1.2.8 jk, which creates the .bsp but JK2 can't find the file.

 

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
