Penny_Pecker Posted May 12, 2002 Posted May 12, 2002 Anyone have any good hints about how to start modeling and making levels? I have 3D max 4, but i just don't know how to use it. Where should i begin? Where and when did u guys who are already making models begin?
VEGETA2K1 Posted May 12, 2002 Posted May 12, 2002 read the manual, help files andall docs that came with it, buy some books, and read mny tutoials on the inter net........ as for mapping u wouldnt use 3d studio max, u would ue jkraiant,(comes with gdk/sdk)or gtk radiant http://www.qeradiant.com read all help files and ther site, and search fo tutorials, check mapping forum for more info.
