Tutorial On Replacing Single Player NPCs?

Well since we now have the Darth Vader model we all wanted, it'd be nice to be able to play as him in single player - but why wait for a separate mod when someone could tell us how to replace/add an NPC in the game?

 

So if anybody can explain in leyman's terms how to do this i'd be appreciative

Would it be possible to have it as part of a mod because as I understand it that would mean over-writing the Kyle model, correct me if I am wrong though.......

I have the mod for Vader in singleplayer, and I also have the Vader to replace Desann if anyone cares for it... I guess email me at bbivens@cox.net
