As I read in the Microsoft information, Xbox is based on Intel processor and NVidia's GeForce 3 video board, so actually it's the same PC, but in a different box. I don't see any physical obstacles on the way of making a PC version -- maybe some hardcore gamers with deveoping skills would make a hacked port, if LEC doesn't want to? And it not only is basicly a computer but it uses DIRECTX! and directx is a WINDOWS API! So the computer in a xBox probably uses a windows like operating system!
