Secret area in Garbage?

Ok, on the garbage compactor level, there is a room near the back with a box that needs to be pulled (near the cart that needs to be moved to go to the next level). In that room, there is a floor to ceiling glass wall with a bacta tank, large shield, and a switch on the other side.

 

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET OVER THERE? IS THERE EVEN A WAY? OR WAS THIS JUST PUT THERE TO DRIVE ME INSANE!!!!!!
