How to make mp skins to sp?? If there is a thread about this already, stop reading and give me a link please.

 

For example, I have a skin called nOOb, it has a new model and team colours+bot. How can I convert the skin into sp?? I open it with winzip, then what:confused: I want the instructions as detailed as possible, I have asked about this in other forums, but I have never had a decent answer:mad:
