Where do I my file to for sharing?

I've made a Scott Hall (razor ramon) skin to share with everyone. Who or where do I send it to to get it up on the jediknightii.net files site?

I've done the readme.txt file for it and put it all in a zip file and everything. All I need to know now is what to do.

Anyone know?
