Running Dedicated server while trying to play on other internet servers....?

Im running a dedicated server on my lesser machine, but would like to play on other internet servers with my gaming computer but I seem to be having trouble connecting or when I do connect I eventually crash to an error message.

 

Im using a linksys router for my LAN the dedicated is on port 28070 and working fine.

 

Is there a problem with having two games running on same ip and can I open up my game machine ip to internet somehow?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
