How do I change kill limit in Duels?

Some servers that I joined have Kill limit set to "2" in Duel matches.. That means you wait like 10 minutes to get to play in a 8 player server, and no need to be afraid of dying too soon because you have another chance on you before you get into line again.

 

How do I change the duel kill limit? I can only set Duel WIN limit not Kill limit.
