none of my editing tools work?

I downloaded the editing tools twice now and extracted them to the correct file and every time I try to use any of the programs I get an error message. For example the Modview cant view anything, it does not know how to read my model.glm files. The same goes for the rest of the tools. Is there something I have to do or a setting you have to cofigure before you can get these tools to be useful?

The files need to be extracted from the pk3. Use winzip to extract files from the pk3 to your "base" path, making sure you extract them with their folder names
