Oxicontin
Could someone please tell me how to make my user name colored while inside the Jedi Knight 2 game. I see others with colored names on different servers and was wondering how this is done. Thanks
Abom|nation
Use ^# before what you want to colour (# represents a number from 1 - 9 I think) So my name would be ^4Abom|nation if I wanted that to be a certain colour, sorry - but I don't know each colour-number representation. Epyon9283
I think it only goes up to 6 or
CoreyGH
You used to be able to also color the shadows of your letters before the patch. You could do this by "sandwiching" the color codes before the word you wanted to color, for example ^1^2^1My name here where 1=red and 2=green would get your a red name with a green shadow. BTW the new color applies for the whole string of your name until you change it again, ie. spaces don't "stop" the color. These codes also work while you're chatting. I don't know why they took this ability out of the patch, it was kind of neat. Incidentally, in the SOF2 test, you can use numbers AND letters for a variety of shades in the colors of your name.
