enabling multiple mods at once?

is there a way to enable more than one mod at once? like, could i use the black saber mod while playing on an add-on level?

Are you supposed to only use one mod at a time? Because I put a bunch of mods into the GameData/Base folder and I have only seen one saber. Oh, by the way, I sownloaded the black saber it looks tight (can't wait to play with it though)
