AOTC WAS BRILLIANT! I have never had so much fun at a movie in my life. The Cinematics and action scenes where top notch, you also had a bit of a Romance\drama as well as some humor. an all around excellent movie.

FOR ALL YOU CRITICS-- if you going to go to a movie just to disect and analyse it you have problems. A movie is made to entertain you, if you went to this movie and didnt enjoy yourself you need some help! I cant stand when people try to disect a movie and bicker about stupid little things, if you enjoyed yourself thats all that matters.

MOVIES = ENTERTAINMENT (Don't take it so seriosly)

CRITICS NEED TO DIE!!!

You do realize you justified every single movie ever released ,right ?!? Gess there isn't a movie you don't like...

How about we didn't enjoy ourselves ?!? Or would you take that as 'bickering about stupid little things' ?!? Becuase you see, in my case it would mean the whole movie was a 'stupid little thing', whitch isn't that far off actually.

Mmmh , not exactly.

ENTERTAINING MOVIES = ENTERTAINMENT

And when you have a movie that happens to feature some of the biggest budged and casting ever in a sci-fi flick only to be a B grade crap fast you tend to take it seriously.

The key to watching SW movies is(and has always been) seeing them as part of the saga and not as much individual episodes. No, don't look at the original trilogy again! Try to simply imagine, what whole story will look like now after AOTC and especially when Episode III has been finished.

I see it as a relaxing entertainment. These are movies, NOT interactive games we can play, so I let Lucas warm up the hyperdrive engine instead and take the backseat when he drives us through that asteroid field. It's a ride!

I had to get those out of my system, but now back to actual movie. Where to start?

It was cool to see different sections of familiar and brand new locations visualized so lively. Streets, nightclubs, diners, throne rooms, Jedi libraries, training verandas, lake retreats, factories, arenas and so on; we even get a glimpse of peoples private quarters which are usually left totally unnoticed. So, whole movie shows places that are important in day-to-day living of people in that side of the Galaxy; it adds more realism to the fantasy.

Characters. It definitely looks like Ewan enjoyed playing Obi-Wan and those contented smiles(just watch the scene at the beginning of movie where Anakin and Obi are in the elevator) are delivered exactly like Alec Guinness would have done it, so he's very true to the character. Jango Fett, even though very mysterious character, Temuera Morrison had the right attitude and style for bounty hunter, but also added little humorous touches here and there with manners of a classic gun-blazing cowboy;

when one particular Jedi tries to attack Count Dooku during arena battle and ends up falling down after Jango blasted him

. Count Dooku. Just like Jango, he's very brief and mysterious character, but Christopher Lee pulls the right strings, and you can even notice that he's not totally bad(disillusioned perhaps, like Lucas stated), so seeing other people suffering around him might still confuse him momentarily(

when Jango dies or when Anakin loses his hand

). Yoda. This movie really brings up the best qualities of his character: wise and witty master, who after all those years is still the man;

I don't know, but perhaps it takes all of his concentration and powers to actually duel like that and really let the Force flow through him, but when he lets go, he must use that cane again

. Of course there are other cool characters, but I'm gonna keep this as short as possible and still try to look different aspects of the movie.

AOTC had so many beautiful, haunting images that burnt into my memory: mountain meadow with waterfalls at background, sunset when Anakin rides

Owen's

speeder bike through Tatooine Desert, clone troopers shooting at droids through thick smoke, lightsaber illuminating Anakin's and Dooku's faces when Anakin cuts off the cable, clone troopers standing on ground, while Palpatine and other senators "marvel' the view and so on.

These were only few examples of what movie has for us, but I'm still excited about it after seeing it two times. It's packed with so much content(which will be easily left unnoticed) that you have to see it at least twice to truly appreciate all the details Lucas and ILM has put into it. It's pure Star Wars. :D
