Stuck on the Desans ship

Hi,

I am on the spaceship. I have defeated about 10-15 stormtroopers and 1 jedi. i take the elevator down, killed the guy that holds a key, and then I cant get anywhere. There´s a security door or something low but I can´t open the door. There are 3 doors but they are all locked. What do I do???

There is one corridor, which has two exits (I kept running past the second door for hours... Argh!), and there is a breakable grate on a ledge over the shuttle (use Force jump).
