Expositus
I'm sure this has been talked about before but with the search function disabled it's kinda hard to to search for previous topics. Anyway, I've been using Gtk to make my first JK2 map and it's been doing very well. Although I had seen a few people comment on how much better the JK2 editor was. I was just curious what the majority opinion was on this. I would hate to be using an editor that wasn't offering me the best tools. Expo
Xcom
You should try them both and see what works best for you. Personally, I totally switched to GTK for all my Q3 based mapping (EF and JK2).
UniKorn
Same here, don't use jk2 at all, always gets me when turning my wheel mouse and doing zip
JeGGoR
Gtk is the best choice if it runs well on your computer. It doesn't for me. So I had to get back to JK2.
Cmdr. Antilles
Don't let the darkside cloud your mind. JK2Radiant is the way to go. Of course, that's just IMO. And mostly because I HATE GTK's GUI. Plus, it always makes sense to use the program that was specifically designed for something. That, and I got really comfortable w/ EFRadiant, and it and JK2R are practically identical.
