Just open up the conole (SHIFT ~) Then type g_SaberRealisticCombat 3 Voila, you now have dismemberment, (You have to type it in ever time you leave and come back into the game) If you really want dismemberment, make sure you don't have the SithKyle-Jan file in there or it won't work.
