Most of those models have very high poly counts and im sure it would be too much work to scale it down to fit in the game. Ive been told your much better off tryin from scratch. Im pretty new to 3dsmax and ive been racking my brain tryin to reduce a few of them both as chars and in game models. With that new glm importer for milkshape you might be able to mix up a few models, like the torso arms hips of the trandoshan, stormpilot head ( with some editing ) substitute some hands, feet, a face.. an do a good skin of that model. I spose I never really thought of if that kinda stuff is frowned upon. Im just tryin to figure out how this stuff works myself.

Never knew there was a new glm importer for milkshape, where do you get it?

 

I found the xsi import/export tool but not a glm.
