paceit Posted May 21, 2002 Share Posted May 21, 2002 I've got a P450, win98 with a voodoo 3500 card. A lot of people have talked about wickedgl as a fix to load times in JKII. This is something i haven't tried as yet. However another simple fix to speed up load times is to changed something in the display settings, apply the changes. i.e. gl extension off then back on. Apply Changes The display will then refresh. Press escape and then try to load a saved game. Loads in less than 30 secs A bit long winded but it has allowed me to play the game.
