Scale of Kyle?

can someone tell me how tall Kyle is in grid units

I'm a newbie mapper and my first real map I have made

is huge.... much bigger than I thought it would be

 

 

when you put in a info_player_start into the map is the red box the right scale of a player?

 

if so I can use that to judge
