Why does my skin do this?

I reskinned kyle into this

and as you can see his upper arms are blank and you can't see it but his legs are not textured there just a blue grid, anyone know why?, i'd be greatfuly thankful.

any suggestion would help.

Check all of your image names and file paths in the .skin file. check the images themselves. are you using shaders? are they set up properly? are all of the textures included in the same folder?

I got it to work btw would you happen to know the command line to rotate the camera angle?
