Darth Torgo Posted May 23, 2002 Share Posted May 23, 2002 Hey, While I've not yet gotten to the point where I can create my own Duel maps, I am really loving the hell out of fighting bots in duel mode. Thus far, one of my favorite maps is the Bespin duel map where the greenish air vents allow players to jump from platform to platform. The whole map is loads of fun to fight on, but I've found it especially satisfying when me and the Bot both run into our respective jump areas at the same time, are propelled up into the air, and end up saber-jousting in mid air. Granted, we tend to only hit blades two or three times before we both fall to our deaths, but it's one of those really kick-ass moments in JO Dueling. So, to get to my point, I'd LOVE to see some more maps that allow this kind of coolness to happen--getting sweapt upward on streams of air into mid-air saber jousting. Wether it's over a bottomless pit or just good old imperial concrete, it would be very neat. So that's my two cents worth. I'm loving all the duel map work out there. It would also be cool to see a smaller "Duel of Fates" map that just consists of of the area around the bottomless pit and the red force fields. - DT Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
