func_trasin problem

I asked this on the lucas forums as well but i'm having a problem getting the func_train to emit a sound while it's in motion.

the noise key dosn't seem to work. I;ve traied every possible variation on the value to find out how i cna get it to work.

 

Any help would be gratly appriciated.
