"Grouped" info player start ???

Hey guy, my Duel map is getting fairly large, FFA style large. lol

I was wondering if its possible to group the player spawn sites..?

 

explanation:

 

I got 4 info_player_start

 

I want the players to either spawn to 1-2 or 3-4.

I dont want one player to spawn at 1 and the other at 3.

 

is it possible !?? Again, thats a Duel map.

AFAIK, this is not possible. (Can be wrong tho)
