I think this should be possible in SinglePlayer. Use target_gravity_change entity. One thing you should know is that this will affect players and NPC's and not spaces/rooms. So, to create a room with different gravity you will need to create a set of trigger_multiples on both sides of the door/entrance to the room. When player enters, gravity will change and when the player exists, gravity should also change (return to normal).
