Tie Guy Posted May 26, 2002 Share Posted May 26, 2002 the easiest way? Or the ebst way? i'll give you the easiest... Make the shaft a long and a wide as you want it. Then put an ellipse at the end to round it off. (optional) Copy those. Make a new layer and paste the news on top of the other ones. Change them to the glow color, whatever it may be. Adjust the transparency so that you can just barely see the color. (/optional) Then "merge all visible." then just do the glow filter and adjust it how you want it.
