Epimetheus
Erm, is it possible to make full wrap-around cloaks and still be able to label the bodyparts? I ask because I'm trying to do Zuckuss, but he has a robe to his ankles, and no one would recognize him without the outer cloak.

Quite Jedi
Im waiting desprately for a model wearing the robes down to the ankles and with the hood up... It sorta brings a dark feel to a light jedi. But when am I going to see one? I see people making female mauls and that but none of the origanal, yet simple stuff.
CheshireKat
Yes, but you need to make sure the Robe has alot of verts where the body bends and such. The only problem is with the crouch aniamtion, the Robe will bend with the waist, knees, ect. The best way is probaly to model it solid though... xan
Hooded Jedi sound like a cool idea, but i'd settle for if somebody just made the robes..
Major Clod
A realistic robe would be a very hard thing to acheive with JO. If you attach the robe to the standard skeleton, it will bend and move as if it is part of the person, not a flowing cloak. With a skeletal animation system you'd need individual bones for the cloak, and then animate them accordingly. Not impossible, but still quite a task if it is to look good.
