No Clip texture/shader vanished!?!

While going through my textures, I tried to find the no clip texture.. but its somehow disappeared from the texture sets. I've tried re-installing the program a number of times but it still comes back missing the texture. Anyone know how I can find it or replace it?

 

And yes, I do have the Show Shader checked. The No Clip shader/texutre is just missing (from maps I made and from the ctf_bespin file).
