MTAIRS Posted May 30, 2002 Share Posted May 30, 2002 One major thing this game lacks is Specialization. One cannot be a lightning expert, nor a true saber expert. One can be both though. As of now, anyone can be what they want and another person. There is either too many force points availible or not enough levels. As stated before in the saber defense system lower down, there was 5 levels, instead of three. Why not add another 2 or so to each force type so that people really can be very powerful at that particular set of skills. Why not have bonus points awarded to certain ones after you use your points in something similar? Let's say you put 5 into offense, well defense is VERY similar in sabering. So therefore you get X amount of extra point towards only defense BUT those points are like multiplied by two from some extra points you have in the main gross. So let's say you have 10 points left, you put 5 levels into offense, so therefore 3 is taken out of the ten points, and 6 is put into defense. Now you have 7 points left of overall force, and have 5 offense, 4 defense. Now you can either put those 7 into defense or other force powers. As for saber throw, well that could be incorperated into push and pull. Hell, why not just have Push and Pull be the determining factors into Saber Throw? Really alls your doing is just pushing the saber out, and pulling it back in! Speed and and dark rage could go hand in hand. I somewhat see Drain and Grip going hand in hand. Kinda seeing Mind Trick and Abosrb go hand in hand. Team heal and Heal deffinitly go hand in hand.
