Single Player Doesn't Work Anymore!!

Allright, the game has worked for some time. But now I re-formated my computer and the singe player isn't loading anymore. I am using a Voodoo 3, but it worked fine before. I am using the same drivers as before and the game won't play. I can get into the game just fine, but then when I try to create a new game, the game exits and brings me back to Windows. Occasionnaly, the game will give me a message saying "Unsupported marker 0x68" These numbers sometimes vary. I can play multiplayer fine and I can play a map I downloaded off the web. I can also play the new demo posted on Lucasarts site.... so I am very confused as to why it doesn't work anymore. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know cause I'm going insane!!! I have also tried using WickedGL and that hasn't changed anything.
