DividedByZero
I really don't get it. If I want a texture from one set, I have to load that entire set? And then when I switch sets, the other one that I just loaded goes away? Some of the smaller textures' names overlap and I can't read them. Is there another way to manage/view/use textures? How would I have found the water texture if I didn't know it was in the Yavin set? Why isn't there a "liquids" set to make things easier? Can I make/organize my own sets? Xcom
Personally, I do it like this: I extracted all the textures from assets.pk3. I then examined them in image viewing programme (ACDsee) so I now have a pretty good idea which textures are in which directories. Then I simply load one texture at a time by selecting a brush or a brush face, opening surface inspector and typing texture name manually. All this trouble obviously because I have crappy specs and loading whole set takes a lot of time.
