Don't really think this is the topic for that, Rocketman. Try one of the 'sticky' help threads up top. They'll be of more use to you.

 

Well, Alien... Maybe you can post the bug here, so we can try and help you? I most likely can't-- I'm about as inept at editing as a paramecium. But, maybe someone more knowledgeable on the problem can.

 

...Dunno, just a suggestion.

no kidding, it sounds awsome...... I have one question tho,

say I just wanted to use the Saber trails and Saber image alone....do I need to go through the pk3 or can that be released alone for DL?

No i am not going to release them alone...

 

And anyway if you just take those images from

that pk3 file and put them in to new mod they

doesn't look same...

 

Because also saber glow and trail system are

different in my mod...

gah! none of aliens pics work for me, i can't see all his sabers. someone help!

 

and could someone tell me how to make blades, and what programs i need to use to make them, how to put them in game into pk3's. please!

ah nm these last pics he posted work.

 

i tried out the episode 1 sabers and they look good, cept one thing that i think should be different is the core of the blade shouldn't be see-through.

 

can't wait to try out these new ones though. good work!

Just a question: Would you be able to release the ep2 saber seperately than the rest of the mod so that way it won't get messed up with Jedimod or anything?

Omg, those sabers are amazing! And those are just screenshots! I can't wait for this! The Ep2 sabers I have now are great, but this is even better. Great job with it. :D

Holy crap that is way cool, it would be awesome to have that big rifle to use with the Clonetrooper, i can't wait to try that!

 

Also please excuse me ALIEN_JL but i have noticed you never posted your Episode1 saber mod on the JK2 file sites, which i think was a BIG mistake. I have tried every saber mod out there and yours is without question the closest to the movies and are the only sabers i use. I bet if it was on the file sites there would be TONS of people downloading it. Just a suggestion, i hate to see great mods like that go to waste cause nobody knows about it. :)

Yes :) i have been playin those bot matches where there are ~10 battle droids all using E11 and rest are clone boys using DC15s

 

and when in my mod those blaster bolts looks like in movies..

(long lasers) and they move FAST and they kill FAST it really

looks cool... and if you go by your self to run in middle of

that Huh hu it gets hot and You die Fast ... (but it is war

and in war one life doesn't count much.. :))

Well i didn't post it because at that time i didn't know about

any other sites than jediknightii very well and i don't like how

downloads are organized (or are not organized) in there...

 

And then when i get to play with code i quite much forget

that old insignificant little mod....

Wow....you have outdone yourself. Excellent work on the rifle. That must have been some hefty coding to get that laser trail or whatever it's called on there.

I think my mod is good... (it have "in my opinion" way

superior (normal saber) combat compared to normal

game or to any mod out there...)

 

Of cource it is only my opinion and i am not so sure if

other guys like same things as i do... but i like... :)

 

And when i say (normal saber) combat i mean no dual

sabers or double bladed saber or new moves or...

 

(or hmm... new moves.. yes actually there are LOTS of

them when this system blends different kind of attacks

and blocks together...)

And there are no unlimited saber colors... only these:

red <-- 3 tones between --> blue <-- 3 t. b. --> green)

 

And i have been planning to set it so that that light

side guys can't select red and darkside guys can't

select anything else than red

And currently there are no model scaling feature

(i haven't been able to get it work) - soo Yoda

is HUGE :(

And i have also better bot AI (or Jedi/Sith bot AI actually)

and it is better so that those bots makes much less

mistakes with force usage (they doesn't pull them selfs

to your saber and kill them selfs, they doesn't grib you

so that you can take you pistol and shoot them and

they doesn't try to burn you with lightning when

you are trying to slash them and....

 

AND whey they have health at very low they use blue

lightsaber style which have best defence instead of

red (which they normally do and which =~ suicide)

Hell man, it'll be awesome! I just hope server admins use it. Seems like JediMod is the first big Mod success, all versions.

MP only and it is made so that everything what

have been changed have also been renamed...

(means that even if you put it in to your

GameData\Base folder it still doesn't

change anything in SP...)
