mcowart
Hey, are you going to put the moon into the skybox or not? I might, I'm just working on the other stuff right now. Looks good so far, i just think it would work better as a MP map There's nothing SP specific in it right now, so I guess it could be used as a MP map... the lighting looks a bit funny around the castle when I start it up in MP, though. It looks kinda multicolored. It looks fine in SP. You'd think the rendering engine would be the same for MP and SP... oh well. Also, I think the gameplay in SP is just soooo much better than MP. MP feels really fake to me. Maybe some of the new mods make it better, though.
mcowart
Back with more shots - http://comp.uark.edu/~mcowart/shots/shots.html at bottom of the page I haven't gotten much done, cause radient ate my level, and I had to redo about 2 hours of work from a backup. The castle is retextured (I think grey looks better). I am starting to work on digging the sewers and dungeon out from under the castle (how else do you get in Hyrule Castle? ) I need to start decorating, but i'm having a problem. How do you make a texture show up in game on a custom md3 map model? I can't seem to figure it out. Does it have to have a skin file? I've made custom saber hilts, and that's how you make there texture show up, but it doesn't seem to be the same. It's kinda important I figure this out, because I can't finish the map without custom models.
