Now i get a white screen and everything is freezing, can't ctrl-alt-del or alt-f4. If I run this game in safe mode i get this: JK2: v1.03 win-x86 May 3 2002 Initialising zone memory ..... ----- FS_Startup ----- Current search path: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData\base\assets2.pk3 (289 files) C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData\base\assets1.pk3 (8011 files) C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData/base ---------------------- 8300 files in pk3 files Running in restricted demo mode. ----- FS_Startup ----- Current search path: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData/demo ---------------------- 8300 files in pk3 files Couldn't load default.cfg can anyone help me out plz. I have, athlon 1.2 ghz Athlon 256 mg RAM geforce3 Ti200 (latest drivers and BIOS upgrade) Sound blaster audigy (latest drivers) Epox EP-8K7A+ motherboard (latest BIOS upgrade and drivers) - I've tried re-installing the .pk3 files and i still get the same error. - Tried installing different nvidia drivers. - Tried reinstalling the game. Thanks. Jedi
Jedi Qwinn Voss Posted June 8, 2002 Author Posted June 8, 2002 OK, i've reinstalled it yet again. And this time I only get a white screen...no "Couldn't load default.cfg" anymore. Any dev around here?? Jedi
