Filtering Pure Servers

Ok , So I've downloaded a number of skins that I like but I never seem to get the chance to use them because I am having a hard time finding a server that allows them.

 

Does anyone know if there is a way to filter the pure servers out ? If not , is there a way to distinguish a pure server from one with cheats enabled without actually joining the server?

 

I didnt see any tag in the Server Info screen.
