logitech game pad will not work correctly

Just bought wingman rumbler gamepad from logitech to play JKII just like the xbox controller. However when creating a profile; the controller will not see the stick moving up or down on the right side. I goto control panel and test the pad and everthing checks out fine. The game setup will not see the stick moving up or down but will see the side movement as 18 left and 19 right(something to that effect.) The left stick works just fine. I'm runnnig xp(yay errr I mean gag) could this be effecting the software. I've also installed the lastest patch and still having the problem. does anyone have a profile already written for the game?
