V!G
1) you will not be able to see your skin on other peoples servers if thier server is set to be a "pure server". It will force every9ne that joins to use JK2 models and sounds. 2) The model is the wireframe and polygons. The skin is the texture that goes over the wireframe/polys to give the model it's color and detail. the entire thing is called a model. But when someone says they are making a skin for a certain charater that means they are just changing the textures. Mesh: is what the model is made up of. It is what gives it the shape. Skin: Is the colors and details applied to the mesh. Model: is the finished product ready for you to play with ingame. Don't worry alot of people on these boards are getting these confused. Hope this helps. V!G
